Weight loss and fitness: WATER...

Many people do not realize that what we drink every day, is not what our body needs. There is one drink out there that you can buy, that your body needs more than anything else, but why not get it for free at your kitchen sink? WATER! To optimize the body's systems to work as good as they are capable of, there are a few things we need to partake of every day, and the first step is drinking lots of water, as much as 1 gallon a day. Anything over 1 gallon is also acceptable as well, assuming your are working hard, sweating, and need replenishment regularly. But just drinking too much without doing it because you are thirsty from working hard, will actually have a negative effect. If you are not working all that hard, a gallon a day is just great.

Other drinks can help too, like natural juices and tea, but remember that everything you buy at the store is "processed". Today's food market, at least in America, is loaded with chemicals and other unnatural additives that the body can do without. Is your tap water ok? Probably not, most US cities add chemicals to their water supply to kill bacterias and other things that can potentially harm some of us, yet that very process introduces other harmful agents like flouride into the water supply. There are filters you can add to your tap that can help filter out some of these additives giving you a cleaner, fresher supply of water.
