Ideas for weight loss and fitness: Walking andTrampolines

A great way to become fit is walking every day. Running and jogging are great, but just going for a walk an hour or so a day will do a lot for your body and your heart. Your respiration increases, and your body begins to heat up, and this increases your blood circulation, and is very healthy, because it forces your systems to start working a little faster, in essence "waking up your systems", helping you to burn off excess water weight, and carbs and calories.

Another great idea for exercise is Trampoline jumping! It sounds more like something kids would do for fun, but it is very good exercise. When you are jumping, even just high enough for your feet to be a few inches from the net, at the point just before you begin to rise from each landing, for just a split second every cell in your body is temporarily in a state of weightlessness, and at the exact point to where you begin to rise, your body weight can triple or even quadruple, increasing your weight as much as 400%. When this happens every muscle, every cell in your body gets an incredible workout, if only for a split second. But do this for 30 minutes to an hour a day, and your body gets an enormous workout. Do you think you will look or feel the same after a month or two of doing this? And if this workout is done in addition to proper dieting and walking, your body will benefit dramatically. Swimming, and biking are also very good for you if you do it on a regular basis.
