Ideas for weight loss and fitness: 3 squares...

Another issue that most Americans have, is the tradition of eating 3 squares a day. Breakfast, Lunch and dinner. But it is actually better for your body to eat about 6 meals a day, smaller meals spread throughout the day. This can help you to fight off the temptation to eat snacks throughout the day, because you are not getting hungry. With several meals a day you have food in your system more often, and are less likely to think about snacks, especially when your next meal is only 30 minutes away, and it makes it easier to "regulate" your appetite, and start avoiding the useless intake of junk foods that we Americans have come accustomed to.
