Ideas for weight loss and fitness: Exercise....

One of the absolute best things you can do for your body to get fit and healthy, is exercise. Any expert will tell you that the best thing you can do is implement a good combination of nutrition and exercise into your daily routine. Exercise is so under rated in the American eye though. Most of us, including myself, can be pretty lazy, at least from time to time. When people think of exercise, especially when men think of it, they get this preconditioned idea of lifting 250 pounds of weights over their head while a pee-wee spotter is their only salvation should they drop the bar. So many people simply give up before they really consider what it means to exercise. Aerobics are one great way, no death defying 250 pounds to worry about, but how many guys want to dress like a movie-star in pink tights and dance around? Now, I am not trying to say that you should not consider aerobics- it is one of the best ways for you to really get serious about losing weight and getting in shape. The neat thing about many of the weight training systems out today, is that they often have multiple settings, or "difficulty levels". You can start out on easy, and get your body used to the motions of the daily routine you choose to follow. Then after a few days, or a week or two, you move up to the next level.
