One of the absolute best things you can do for your body to get fit and healthy, is exercise. Any expert will tell you that the best thing you can do is implement a good combination of nutrition and exercise into your daily routine. Exercise is so under rated in the American eye though. Most of us, including myself, can be pretty lazy, at least from time to time. When people think of exercise, especially when men think of it, they get this preconditioned idea of lifting 250 pounds of weights over their head while a pee-wee spotter is their only salvation should they drop the bar. So many people simply give up before they really consider what it means to exercise. Aerobics are one great way, no death defying 250 pounds to worry about, but how many guys want to dress like a movie-star in pink tights and dance around? Now, I am not trying to say that you should not consider aerobics- it is one of the best ways for you to really get serious about losing weight and getting in shape. But there are plenty of other ways out there that are incredible when it comes to fighting your body's pudgy tendencies, for one idea, Click Here.
The neat thing about many of the weight training systems out today, is that they often have multiple settings, or "difficulty levels". You can start out on easy, and get your body used to the motions of the daily routine you choose to follow. Then after a few days, or a week or two, you move up to the next level. Most of these programs have already done all the figuring for you, and give you excellent programs to work with for your daily workouts. For more, Click Here.

Ideas for weight loss and fitness: Walking andTrampolines
A great way to become fit is walking every day. Running and jogging are great, but just going for a walk an hour or so a day will do a lot for your body and your heart. Your respiration increases, and your body begins to heat up, and this increases your blood circulation, and is very healthy, because it forces your systems to start working a little faster, in essence "waking up your systems", helping you to burn off excess water weight, and carbs and calories.
Another great idea for exercise is Trampoline jumping! It sounds more like something kids would do for fun, but it is very good exercise. When you are jumping, even just high enough for your feet to be a few inches from the net, at the point just before you begin to rise from each landing, for just a split second every cell in your body is temporarily in a state of weightlessness, and at the exact point to where you begin to rise, your body weight can triple or even quadruple, increasing your weight as much as 400%. When this happens every muscle, every cell in your body gets an incredible workout, if only for a split second. But do this for 30 minutes to an hour a day, and your body gets an enormous workout. Do you think you will look or feel the same after a month or two of doing this? And if this workout is done in addition to proper dieting and walking, your body will benefit dramatically. Swimming, and biking are also very good for you if you do it on a regular basis.

Ideas for weight loss and fitness: 3 squares...
Another issue that most Americans have, is the tradition of eating 3 squares a day. Breakfast, Lunch and dinner. But it is actually better for your body to eat about 6 meals a day, smaller meals spread throughout the day. This can help you to fight off the temptation to eat snacks throughout the day, because you are not getting hungry. With several meals a day you have food in your system more often, and are less likely to think about snacks, especially when your next meal is only 30 minutes away, and it makes it easier to "regulate" your appetite, and start avoiding the useless intake of junk foods that we Americans have come accustomed to. What do you think about that?
Weight loss and fitness: WATER...
Many people do not realize that what we drink every day, is not what our body needs. There is one drink out there that you can buy, that your body needs more than anything else, but why not get it for free at your kitchen sink? WATER! To optimize the body's systems to work as good as they are capable of, there are a few things we need to partake of every day, and the first step is drinking lots of water, as much as 1 gallon a day. Anything over 1 gallon is also acceptable as well, assuming your are working hard, sweating, and need replenishment regularly. But just drinking too much without doing it because you are thirsty from working hard, will actually have a negative effect. If you are not working all that hard, a gallon a day is just great.
Other drinks can help too, like natural juices and tea, but remember that everything you buy at the store is "processed". Today's food market, at least in America, is loaded with chemicals and other unnatural additives that the body can do without. Is your tap water ok? Probably not, most US cities add chemicals to their water supply to kill bacterias and other things that can potentially harm some of us, yet that very process introduces other harmful agents like flouride into the water supply. There are filters you can add to your tap that can help filter out some of these additives giving you a cleaner, fresher supply of water.

Useful tips for dieting
Dieting seems to be a very difficult area for many people today. So many people have tried dieting and have gotten great results. Unfortunately, easy to get store-bought programs do not always work for everyone, for a number of reasons, including personal physiology. That means that not everyone's body works in exactly the same way. Most people have similar physiologies but many have certain issues with their body's metabolism, or other systems where basic programs do not work as well as they would with someone else. For starters try this for a great nutritional idea: Click Here.
Another issue dieters struggle with is following through their chosen plan, without "cheating" and having some ice-cream, or other goodies that are just very hard to fight off. I could say, that you need to resist every time you want something that will give you any amount of pleasure, cake, pudding, ice-cream, coffee, fast food, but that is honestly not the truth. The truth is that these "low calorie/low-carb diets have got it all wrong. There is a degree of truth, but the issue is not specifically the intake of calories or carbs you consume each day. The real issue is your body, fighting to function with the limited amount of nutrition it is getting. If you diet properly, then you will eat healthy foods, and plenty of them. Your body "filters" the negative ingredients out, and absorbs the good. But if your body is only getting negative ingredients, it has to "choose" some of them to make up for the lack of nutrition, in an effort to remain functional. But if you eat foods that are healthy, and you eat as much as you need, (6 smaller squares a day...) then your body begins to replace the stores of junk with functional, nutritional content. This results in increased energy, increased resistance to sickness and disease, and weight loss. You simply cannot maintain an obese frame if you are providing yourself with the proper nutrition. Healthy food equals a healthy body, plain and simple. But that means changing your shopping habits, and eating habits, and using more natural and organic products every day. AND, replacing your loved foods (like ice-cream) with something you may not appreciate as much, but still can enjoy. (lots of nuts and berries, seeds, lots of fruit and veggies, and juices made from scratch, stuff like that.)
